Koch Maschinenbau presents the smallest spiral chuck of the world. With an outer diameter of 35mm, a height of 18.5mm and weighing only 85g (=3oz), this miniature chuck is suitable for all the applications where standard chucks are just too big or heavy.
Like all chucks of the DBF series, the DBF34 is made entirely of stainless steel materials. With an excellent concentricity <20µm and a repeatability of 5µm, the DBF34 has the same outstanding precision as other chucks of this series. The reversible jaws allow the flexible clamping of shafts and boreholes.
